The first session is usually an assessment to understand your fitness level, goals, and any health concerns. We'll discuss your objectives, take some measurements (if applicable), and perform a few basic exercises to evaluate your strength, flexibility, and endurance. This session is crucial for creating a personalised training plan tailored to your needs.

How long will it take to see results?

Results vary based on your starting point, goals, and consistency. Generally, you might start noticing improvements in energy and mood within a few weeks. Visible changes, like muscle definition or weight loss, typically become noticeable after 4-6 weeks. Remember, consistency is key to achieving long-term results.

What should I wear or bring to my sessions?

Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes. It's also a good idea to bring a water bottle and a small towel. If you have specific equipment like resistance bands or a yoga mat that you prefer to use, feel free to bring those as well.

How will you customise the training programme for me?

Your training program will be based on your specific goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, improving athletic performance, or general fitness. We'll consider your current fitness level, any injuries or limitations, and your lifestyle. The plan will evolve as you progress to ensure you continue to be challenged and stay on track.

What should I do on the days I’m not training with you?

How do you track progress?

Progress is tracked through a combination of methods, including measurements (like weight, body fat percentage, and muscle circumference), performance metrics (such as strength and endurance levels), and subjective feedback (like how you feel during and after workouts). We’ll review your progress regularly and adjust the plan as needed.

What if I have specific dietary needs or restrictions?

While I can provide general nutrition advice and guidance, it's best to consult with a registered dietitian for specific dietary plans, especially if you have particular needs or restrictions. However, I can work with you to ensure your nutrition supports your fitness goals.

Can you help with motivation and staying on track?

Absolutely! A big part of my role is to keep you motivated and accountable. We'll set realistic goals and milestones, and I'll provide regular feedback and encouragement. If you're struggling with motivation, we can explore strategies to keep you engaged and committed to your fitness journey.

What happens if I miss a session?

Life happens, and sometimes you might need to reschedule. It's important to communicate as soon as possible if you need to miss a session. We’ll work together to find a suitable time for a make-up session or adjust your training plan to ensure you stay on track.
