The first session is usually an assessment to understand your fitness level, goals, and any health concerns. We'll discuss your objectives, take some measurements (if applicable), and perform a few basic exercises to evaluate your strength, flexibility, and endurance. This session is crucial for creating a personalised training plan tailored to your needs.
Results vary based on your starting point, goals, and consistency. Generally, you might start noticing improvements in energy and mood within a few weeks. Visible changes, like muscle definition or weight loss, typically become noticeable after 4-6 weeks. Remember, consistency is key to achieving long-term results.
Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes. It's also a good idea to bring a water bottle and a small towel. If you have specific equipment like resistance bands or a yoga mat that you prefer to use, feel free to bring those as well.
